Voucher information
Delivery
After you place your order, a personal voucher code will be automatically generated for you. You will then receive your voucher as a PDF file via email, allowing you to edit, print, or forward it directly.
Order Value & Remaining Amount
If the order value is less than the price of the chosen course or workshop, you simply pay the difference. If the order value is higher, the remaining balance is retained and can be used for other offers. A refund of the difference or a cash payout is not possible.
Individualization
If you would like a different amount for your voucher than the ones available to select, simply write to us at mail@coopgold.de — and we will issue an individual voucher for you.
Validity & Terms
The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be redeemed exclusively for courses and workshops in our jewelry studio. Any remaining balance will be retained as credit and will not be paid out.
Safety
Each voucher is assigned an individually generated code and is valid only once for the paid order value. Should your voucher be lost, simply contact us with your proof of payment — we will deactivate the old code and issue you a new one.
Returns & Cancellations
Please note that vouchers are binding once purchased and therefore cannot be returned or cancelled. Subsequent changes to the voucher or cash payouts are also excluded.
